Welcome to my blog!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I believe that everyone can have a beautiful home without spending a fortune! One of my favorite things to do is find creative ways to re-purpose things I already have on hand, or have picked up at yard sales and thrift stores. Join me as I share with you some of my favorite ideas for crafting and decorating, as well as travel adventures, and fun things that I pick up on my treasure hunts! Much of my work is influenced by my love all things French, nature, and of course shabby chic! I have gotten so many creative ideas from you very talented bloggers out there, and I hope that I can be an inspiration to you as well!

Mirror, Mirror!

Hello Ladies!
Hope that you are having a great week!  I've shared with you some of my obsessions, which if you visit here often you may already know.  Let's see...........anything white, glitter, Mod Podge, just about any kind of candle holders you can imagine, all things French, chocolate, and, did I mention glitter?!  Ok, now I can add one more obsession to my list!
Today I thought I'd show you some of the projects I've been busy on and my latest addiction:  Mirrors!

Turquoise love!

French blue mirror.  Oooh, la, la!

Shabby chic mirror love!  Of course I have to do something in my favorite Heirloom White!!

And more shabby love!

Beautiful mirrors Donna!
I'm just like every modern woman addicted to beautiful things like shoes, a good haircut, especially if the furniture is shabby style ... and much more:)

Kisses.

Well, definitely chocolate! I usually obsess for awhile and then move to something else. It was milk glass for awhile. I haven't bought any in quite some time. Love the mirrors. The last set are my favorites.

I don't even dare to write out how many obsessions I have. I think the shock of seeing them all down in one writing would do me in. I am just starting my love affair with glitter!>) Hugs- Diana

Your mirrors turned out beautiful, Donna! Those triangular mirrors would make great sconces, don't you think? Not sure how to go about attaching a candleholder to it... but I can just imagine it in my head... beautiful! :)

I love mirrors too. And my other obsessions are chalkboards, cloches, starfish, vintage bottles and seashells...to name a few :). Oh - and for some reason - I have recently added burlap to that obsession list.
