Welcome to my blog!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I believe that everyone can have a beautiful home without spending a fortune! One of my favorite things to do is find creative ways to re-purpose things I already have on hand, or have picked up at yard sales and thrift stores. Join me as I share with you some of my favorite ideas for crafting and decorating, as well as travel adventures, and fun things that I pick up on my treasure hunts! Much of my work is influenced by my love all things French, nature, and of course shabby chic! I have gotten so many creative ideas from you very talented bloggers out there, and I hope that I can be an inspiration to you as well!

Sneak Peek of My Latest Project

Good Evening, All.  Thought I would give you a little teaser by showing you a few sneak peeks at one of my latest projects that I'm working on!
I feel so mean to not show you the entire piece!  I will say that it's a little wooden cabinet that I picked up at a friend's garage sale a few weeks ago.

As soon as I saw it, I had a lightbulb moment!  I thought it would make the cutest little French themed cabinet.
The graphics is a copy I had made of a reproduction vintage print I bought in Paris.  Oooh, la, la!

Little shelves inside lined with pages from a vintage French book.  Mod Podge + Vintage French Text .....Be still my heart!
One more glimpse of the outside!  All I have left to do is install the hardware that I removed when I painted the cabinet.  I promise that I will show you the completed creation soon!

Bon Soir!
