Hi everyone!
I don't do much in the way of fall decorating, but I did add a few autumnal touches here and there.
A sweet friend who knows how much I love Becky from Timewashed's pumpkins, gifted me with this adorable creation of hers!
Isn't it just adorable? Of course I love all things French, so this little cutie is totally moi!
Becky's attention to detail is just amazing, isn't it? Not only is the Parisian peat pot tres chic, but the pumpkin that she created is adorable! From the glittery bling she added to the stem, to the velvet leaf to the "automne" tag, I just love it!
So in keeping with the French theme, I placed it in front of my decoupaged Frenchy wooden platters that I created a few years back. You've probably seen my little Eiffel Tower beneath the glass cloche before. Perched on a vintage silver pedestal, it's one of my very favorite things!
I also added the petite decoupaged basket that I made earlier this year
(from a mushroom carton!). You can read about that here.
I tucked inside a pair of pumpkins that I decoupaged with vintage dictionary pages
(can you guess that I love to decoupage?).
So there you have it! My version of "automne"!
Have a tres bon week!
I love, love, love your display.
ReplyDeleteYou know I love it!! And what a great way to display your petite Eiffel Tower!

Lovely. But...Miss Donna,
ReplyDeleteAutumn is so bee-u-tee-ful and romantic (I am in love with Wilbur in Australia). It's so pretty up here in the mountains. And this week we're going to Biltmore to see the mums in the garden.
Hugs,
Prudence ♥
You know I love it, every bit of it! What a sweet friend to send you such a lovely pumpkin...Happy Fall!

I love these! I'll have to think about how I can do some of these, a few for home and a few for the booth. Great post as usual.
ReplyDeletePreciosos detalles!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweet gift!!! It is perfect in with all your sweet French items. I love the decoupage things you do, Donna and still adore the French tray I got from you a couple of years ago! My granddaughter would like it...but I am NOT giving it up. lol
ReplyDeleteHave a great day- it is rainy and dreary here. xo Diana

Hi Donna, LOVE your petite pumpkin that Becky created. What a darling display you set up for autumn.
ReplyDeleteYour trays and sweet pumpkins are adorable too. Love this French inspired vignette. The tower under the cloche is a favorite.
Thanks for stopping by. We had a grand time yesterday and I found some goodies for the shop.
Today is gloomy but I am off to have some fun anyway. Temps are good so a little rain doesn't matter.
See you soon.
Hugs XO

Have a wonderful week.
