Glitter, Mod Podge and Crinkly Seambinding=True Love Always!

Ok, you know by now these are some of my addictions!  My latest creation combines the three of them in a fun jar candle project!
I found this beautiful angel image over at the Graphics Fairy. (thanks, Karen!)  Isn't she pretty?

A big bow of wonderfully crinkly seam binding, and some glittered jingle bells, and I am all set for Christmas!  Ok, not quite!  But it does put me in the mood for the holidays!

I couldn't find vintage looking jingle bells.  They all were either shiny gold or silver or bright colors, which just wouldn't do for this project.  So, what's a girl to do?  Spray paint 'em!  That's right, I spray painted the jingle bells!  I used hammered antique bronze by Rustoleum, then followed with some Martha Stewart glitter.  I am sure all of the neighbors think I've completely lost it!  They never know what they will find me painting next!!

So fun to make, and they look gorgeous when lit!  I think  they would make a perfect gift for a friend, neighbor or coworker.  But be careful, making these candles can become addicting!!

I'm linking this project up with the following fun parties.  Be sure to check them out!
